Patty Tiberg’s professional experience spans more than 30 years. Currently, she is the Incentive Program and Marketing Manager for the National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA). She previously served as the chief marketing and business development officer for the American Quarter Horse Association.
Before AQHA, Tiberg was vice president of the Morris Media Network Equine Group, the parent company of several equine industry media brands and event platforms, including Western Horseman, Quarter Horse News, Barrel Horse News, the National Barrel Horse Association, West Coast Barrel Racing Association and Road to the Horse.
Tiberg is a longtime member of AHP having served on the board from 2006-2014 and as the 2012-2013 AHP President.
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Tiberg was born and raised in a suburb of Long Island, New York, where she competed in AQHA events. She serves as the adviser to the board of directors and is a past president of the Koolen-de Vries Syndrome Foundation, an organization she helped organize after her son was diagnosed with the syndrome.
Tiberg and her husband, Steven, reside in Aledo, Texas, with their 20-year-old son, Colby, and 18-year-old daughter, Taylor.
